Friendly hotel staff. You really can't beat the location. We found a great price because we were staying on a Sunday night. They gave us a great room with a fantastic view. The beach and lots of restaurants and nightlife are right outside your door. The air conditioning didn't seem to work but our windows opened. Street noise was a bit much as the partying went on late, but ultimately it was darn good for the price. Hot shower. Highly recommended.

the hotel rooms are quite small but were very clean and cleaned every day , hotel staff were very nice and spoke english , only problem we had was the open air night club which was quite loud a couple of nights

Arrived on the bus from the airport quite late at night and everything was as it should be. When I wanted to go for a late night wander, reception directed me to the best evening places - not the same as the daytime ones, so that was good. (Late night gelateria - absolutely great.) The room was clean, large and comfortable and the breakfast was magnificent. If you want tiny little quibbles, I'd say that the room decor is slightly old-fashioned and I'd be pleased if the complimentary coffee-and-tea making facilities also included a whitener of some sort - Italians don't need it, of course. On a practical note, for those arriving by bus (No 38 from Pescara airport) it would be useful if the hotel literature or website included such directions, too. It's a quarter mile before the central rail station (my default drop-off) and I saw the hotel sign more by luck than judgement. But perhaps I should have done more homework beforehand. All in all, excellent for the price.

This hotel is imaculate, obviously loved by the owners. Attention to detail was excellent. Room was spacious. Bath room spacious with great shower pressure, hard to find in Italy. Location was not in the Centro nor on the beach but great for us as we are walkers and found this hotel, accomodating and a welcome return from a day of site seeing. Staff were efficient and polite. Breakfast was very good, cleanliness imaculate. We would stay here again.
