I booked a studio for the weekend because the hotel offers jetted spa tubs. The initial room was ok but located next to a large suite with kids and a huge family that was in and out constantly. Very noisy! The front desk relocated us to the lake side studio and the room was much nicer. The tub was nicer and not in the bathroom, which i liked. I could watch tv while I relaxed. There was a huge screened patio over lookin the lake. Will definately stay again.”
The hotel is at a great location and clean with helpful staff. But when it comes to find an ac outlet for your laptop or want to charge your equipment, you have to dive behind the tv stand to plug in. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay with beautiful resort-like pool area.”
Stayed for 16 days in this hotel and had a great time - super price for the location, easy and convienent to get to all the local attractions. Rooms were immaculately clean, staff were very nice and checkin/checkout were quick and easy. Couple of small things though - prices in minimarket and pool bar/snack bar are very very high - a burger and fries was nearly double the price of a similar item in the Magic Kingdom and was served in plastic boxes which you had to collect yourself. At these sorts of prices I would have expected someone to come to the table, take your order and deliver the food back to the table for you. The Spa is also overpriced a manacure and pedicure were nearly three times of a similar treatment in a salon in the mall (as the resort fee is supposed to cover the use of the Spa I would have expected to have been getting a significant discount on the cost of treatments in the Spa). There appeared to be a lot of staff in the Spa and not many clients, I would suspect the cost was the issue. The hotel spa lost two clients due to their high prices (as both myself and another member of our party had our nails done in the salon in the mall instead). I knew about the Resort fee so there were no suprises there but I have stayed in 3 other hotels in this resort and they all include this in their room charge so that it is paid at time of booking so I don't see why this hotel doesn't do the same (even including the resort fee the price was still great for a hotel of this standard in this resort). If they are charging a resort fee for the use of the car park, pool, shuttle buses etc. they need to implement a system for checking that these are only being used by guests - saw some people parking up and using the shuttle buses to get to disney parks and then going for a swim before returning to their cars to depart the car park!! Will certainly be back and have already recommended to a number of our friends.”

Nice Hotel, clean, friendly and helpfull staff, easy to find and really close (you can just walk) to Downtown Disney and 3 more exits to Seaworld the other morning. Only thing to criticize: the hidden "resort fee" of 25$ for free internet and two free starbucks normal coffees the next morning they tell you about in in very small sentence when you are almost through tbe booking process. You are attracted by the goodoffered rate and at the end there is an add price. Hotel should play with open cards from the beginning”
The hotel is close to all Disney locations, and the hotel is clean and has all that you need. They do make you pay a hotel service fee which is basically for the wifi access. They have both valet and park your own vehicle, but we found that the park your own vehicle difficult as they didnt have enough parking spots for all of the cars.”
We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that we would have liked to use the hot tub in the evening after a busy day at Orlando venues. The pool area including the hot tub closed at 7:00 p.m. This seemed a little ridiculous and it is unfortunate as after 7:00 p.m. is when the hot tub would get its most use. Other than this, the facility was very good.”
the hotel is older but perfect for staying in florida it was clean people were friendly and helpful if asked! overall good experience the only problem is we took their transportation to disney and the bus never showed up another bus driver took us back to the hotel 40 mins later and when asked the front desk they just blamed it on the charter service and said it was my job to find out! I feel if they are sub contracting someone to drive people from their hotel when i call them to ask they should be looking into it not telling me i have too!”
Apon checkin, the first room we got was not good , But the staff were great and friendly ! upgraded us and quick ! The room was clean. For the price ,it is a great place to stay ! We will stay again !”

Our stay in The Radisson was very nice, the staff very helpful, the staff on taxi service outside hotel very pleasant, especially Sonia, disappointed no public transport to anywhere we wanted to go, so we had to rely on taxi service which was expensive on us for our few days away, which we had not budgeted for, as we thought there was a public service, other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
