Pluses: - Nice hotel - Convenient: 5-10mns walk from Sapporo JR Station - Nice surroundings: near business area and nice 10 mns walk to Odori Park and 20mns to Susukino. - Good staff at disposal and professional Minus: - Had a horrible bed. My wife and I had back pains every day - Double room are rather small”
Service level was good and hotel was in close proximity to various amenities. However, option should be given to guests whether air-conditioning can be turned on during winter as the room can be quite stuffy with central heating.”
A chic little boutique hotel with friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location, right next to the metro station. Overall, the experience was very good, however in order to have wi-fi in the room, you will have to borrow a router from the reception and leave a small deposit for it in case you decide to bring the router home with you. The hotel was in walking distance to "Ramen Alley" which was a haven for my husband as he LOVES ramen and not to mention all the very "interesting bars" in the Susukino district.... I personally wouldnt recommend guest with kids to stay in the susukino district but it's definitely fun for adults!!”
Nice hotel but the price is high compare to those in the same area.”
This hotel is quite big. They have spa that you have to pay to use (not a public bath and sauna that you can use the service for free in some hotels). Staffs speak limited English. The room I got is deluxe double. It's quite big. The room looks old but in good maintenance. Overall, it's an ok hotel that you won't be disappointed but there's nothing impressive either.”
Great hotel. Onsen was nice and quite cheap. Breakfast was a little expensive, but good and 'all you can eat'. Room was a little 'stuffy' as someone else mentioned, but understandable, due to insulation! Just had to open the window a little. Overall, hotel was good enough for us to decide on staying a second night.”
We booked the hotel at a very reasonable price and we were given an interconnecting room with sea view when we check in. The shopping mall next door is very convenient and there is a huge supermarket close by. Great stay.”
Simply love this hotel! After a day of walking along Otaru Canal and the shopping street, a soak in the hotel onzen coupled with a bowl of soup soba, just make it a perfect day! The scale n quality of the onzen is excellent. Very considerate of the hotel to serve soba as supper - timing is just right for the onzen goers. Hotel is located opposite the JR station. The room condition looks new and size is considerably good for a couple.”
A no frills hotel with basic hotel facilities. Simple breakfast of bread and hot drinks provided in the morning. Convenience location to major attractions around the canal area.”
