The Grand Prince is a international hotel that has many amenities for every age, sex and nationality. From shopping, swimming, bowling, video games...there is never a dull moment. But if you want peace and quiet, there is that too. Hiroshima's shopping and tourist district is a short bus ride away, and the bus stops right at the hotel. Also convenient is the ferry, which I bought a two day pass and rode everywhere. It is the best way to get to beautiful Miajima, one of the most beautiful shrines with the famous Otori. I would highly recommend this hotel, for honeymoon, wedding, tourist or family.”
Single bedroom was the biggest I've had in Japan Very clean Soundproof Impersonal service but that's a business hotel Location is perfect for all transportation, trains, shinkansen, airport bus and trams. Possible to reach city center walking (30 minutes). Nothing special to see in the station area.”
Very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, had a love sear & chair in the sitting area of our 2 twin beds room. Also had the fortune to be there when the shrine next door was having a 2 day celebration for the fall festival. Lots of pop up food vendors and stage performances by many kimono clad dance groups.”
A hotel that ticks all the boxes for service, location and comfort - I recommend the Okayama Koraku in all these areas - and you'll enjoy the city even more by taking out one of their free bicycles (gitensha)!”
satisfied very much, I would like to stay Granvia again next visit Okayama.”
Location was very convenient for me, only 10 minutes from the Okayama train station. Good price too. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, nice shower. Not a big room at all, but it was everything I need, and I think that is how they keep the price down. All-you-can-eat breakfast for 1,000 yen was very convenient. It is Japanese style breakfast, so if you need a western one, you can grab McDonalds at the train station. It was my first time to stay at a APA property, and will do so again.”
This is a typical, quality business hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The issue I have with the hotel is the distance from the centre of town. It's quite far away. If you're looking for something close to the Kurashiki train station (or central Kurashiki in general), this is not the hotel for you.”
Lovely staff. Excellent meals. Wonderful Onsen experience, learning the joys of Japanese bathing. We slept very comfortaby on our futons. This was a wonderful, authentic Japanese Experience, We highly recommend it for a memorable adventure.”
