Had a great impression of this hotel. Extremely clean. Very confortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super location. Everything nearby. Great restaurants in the vecinity. Walking distance to the main square and magnificent cathedral.Will recommend it to anyone going there.”

Nice hotel in reasonable location and close to the old town and Cathedral etc. Billed as 5* but not a true 5* i.e bathroom was 'tired' with chipped tiles etc but main room was very nice. Excellent and very large bed and good choice of TV channels. Free wifi in room. Good breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”

HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT...IF I HAD TO FAULT IT I FOUND THE BUFFET BREAKFAST QUIET POOR FOR €14 AND THERE WAS NO IRON IN THE BEDROOMS. I ALSO WOULD HAVE LIKE WIRELESS BROADBAND IN THE ROOMS THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR.”

Mexico Hotel was good value for money: clean, comfortable room, good customer service. Don't expect a luxurious hotel. It's on the top of a hill so it gets a bit tiresome to get to the hotel. Having said that the city of Vigo is all 'up and down' so be prepared to climb!.”

Nice Hotel. Personnel was attentive. Rooms were clean and roomey compared with other Hotels in Europe. Parking available at the Hotel for a fee but if parking is not available at the Hotel you can be driving around for a long time trying to find parking on the street. Driving around Vigo is not easy as no all the street's name are posted on the walls and it has lots of 1 way streets and driveabout. It is located just 15 min. from the train station if you are lucky and do not get lost.”

we only had an overnight stay but it was delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and had all the amenities we would want. The food in the restaurant was excellent but lacked atmosphere as we were the only clients. I would not hesitate to use he hotel again.”

This is a lovely hotel, very close (50m) to the Alsa bus station - but the bus station looks dreadful and the immediate surroundings of the hotel look very run-down. We didn't feel unsafe, but wouldn't wander around outside at the quiet times of the night. The beautiful old town is also quite close. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke perfect english. They knew Lugo very well.”
