Hotels in Balearic Islands

Great location for going into Palma with bus route outside the door going directly into city centre every 10 minutes. 5 minute walk away to buses going to Palma Nova, Porto Porals, etc so really great location to be near everything the city and the coast! We hired a car and toured the island which was great, again the locatoin of the hotel was great for ease of car hire, getting in and out etc. Staff were helpful and rooms were nice and clean, 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor were lovely but the weather wasn't great so a heated pool would have been quiet the treat as would jacuzzi and steam room. But overall a lovely stay and would recommend it to friends.

Located right across the road from the port. Perfect walking distance to heaps of clubs and bars. Free parking across the road. Breakfast spread was unbelievable - lots of pastries, hot breakfast, breads, and cold cuts. Only had a swimming pool. Note, there is no spa or sauna at this hotel.

Well located with many good places to eat nearby. If you like to walk there are great sights. The A/C is a little weak until about 19:00 and then will make you cover up at night if left on. A very busy hotel. Staff is very good.

Excellent staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic presidential suite. Unexpected deep snow did not spoil our stay, although restricted to the hotel. Restaurant food very good, but expensive. Staff seemed a little stretched - no one to take a telephone call from England. Local restaurant: 'English Rose' very good and nice for a change of scene.

Well kept, good location, nice pool. Air con doesn't work well at night. Hair dryers and Iron not available in hotel - only available for hire from a 3rd party which I found strange.

This is a good hotel and has lots of facilities ie Spa; lots of pools including an indoor and Adult only pool. Our room was very nice and had even got a one bedroom garden room rather than a Studio which we had booked. The only slight problem was that there was a musty smell but after a day so we got used to it. My biggest critism of the hotel is the pools; the lack of space around them and the number of beds. The family pool is also very noisy as it was august so there was lots of Families and entertainment going on. Also the amount of noise around the adult "relax" pool as it was siutated next to the childrens play area & water slide pool and in front of the Tennis/Basket ball/Volley ball/ Football court! So not much relaxtion - if you dont have children travelling with you and you are looking for a bit of relaxtion and chill out I would reccomend that you stay at their sister hotel the Viva Vanity Golf - this is also a lovely hotel. The staff and service is very good at the hotel but they could do with better system for monitoring the pools as there is one and other people use the hotel pools that are not even staying at the hotel. We could not get a bed at all around the main pool and the Adult pool has limited beds so it is also difficult. The beds at the adult relax pool are very comfy and some are always in the shade but as I say other people use them. We were lucky in the fact that we had a garden room so we could sunbath at our apartment which also had lovely comfortable cushined beds. Overall though this is a very nice hotel.
