This hotel was in the perfect location for our family vacation to Boston and area. It was easy to get to the subway to downtown Boston-though it was a 45 min ride. Although the hotel is in an older building it was clean and updated in some areas. The pool was life guarded and provided a refreshing end to our days. Breakfast was well done with good selection of foods for everyone. Overall a good hotel for a reasonable price.”
The staff was very nice.I had 2 nights booking and had to cancel one night which was able to do without any hassle. very pleasant experience I had during my stay. very clean and nice room. all i have to say on my next trip anywhere in USA red roof will be my first preference.”
Although they have 2 restaurants in the building, (one is open for dinner, and one for breakfast) Neither is good. The staff at both locations seemed more involved in their personal conversations than actually waiting on tables. The food was pricey, had a very small selection, and was uninspired...mostly sandwiches and fried food. The hotel itself was under renovation, and was overall attractive...or at least it will be when the renovations are done. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I was in a first floor room, and the window didn't have a lock on it. Maintenance came within minutes of my call and put one on it. For my second visit, the toilet kept moving side to side and the handle needed to be jiggled to stop it from running all night. On the plus side, they are pet friendly which is nice for a hotel this size. It's also easy off from the Mass Turnpike (although getting back on is not as easy).”

Imagine my surprise when I get to the hotel and they've done a complete re-do on carpet, furniture, etc! And they have even added flat screens. This is a "can't miss" hotel for the price. Bill B, Atlanta, GA”
We stayed for only 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The Hotel was more than we expected and we would definitely use a Best Western again in the future. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for like extra towels, tea and coffee for the rooms was given to us with no questions asked. The staff map quested and printed directions for us every day and helped beyond our expectations. We had two rooms, one was for our 3 kids and felt totally safe leaving them in their own room. It is not a new Hotel but there was nothing missing and compared to staying at other places this was one of the better ones. We hate little dingy establishments, our girls are usually very picky but they loved it at the Best Western in Marlborough. Clean rooms, clean sheets and bathrooms and lots of free parking. Highly recommend it to anyone that is going to Malborough MA. Only 40 minutes from Boston but worth the drive for the savings & cleanliness.”
We stayed there last weekend for 2 nights and found the Hotel very well run and convenient. Close to a strip mall and very good restaurants helped to make this experience enjoyable. 30 minutes away from downtown Boston at very reasonable pricing compare to harbour hotels....worth to consider. Also only 40 minutes away from Wrentham Premium Outlet, a must for shopping deal seakers...”
Hotel and my room/bathroom were clean. However, with all the conference rooms and the layout - a bit strange to say the least. Very dated "gym" - if you can call it that. Hotel staff was very engaging and nice. The grounds were picturesque. Location perfect as I was looking to be between Hartford and Boston.”
If you are travelling and need a place to stay for the night, this Super 8 is perfectly located close to the highway. Nothing fancy, but everything you need is there, with free in room WIFI, free breakfast and your car right in front of your door. That, for a price that is hard to beat...”
Enjoyed the 18th century charm. Lovely place to hold a wedding. We were guests attending a wedding and stayed overnight at the lodge. Clean. Comfy bed. Convenient to I-84. Excellent rate through hotels.com”
