Hotels in Kerala

I arrived exhausted the evening of my first night's reservation, or so I thought. I mistakenly had reserved for the following night, and the hotel was packed. The hotel staff did all they could and at no extra cost, ended up upgrading me to a higher service room to allow me to be able to sleep there that night. This is a very service oriented hotel. As well, their food is excellent! I look forward to their Indian breakfasts of dosa and idli! They also have a large spread of western options. Terrific!

Lovely old hotel, would recommend the hotel food was excellent. My wifi signal was good and free. Hotel service was excellent. Food was exceptional for a hotel in India. Breakfast was ace... Dinner changed in the history dining room nightly. Would recommend. Only issue was trave to and from hotel from the IT area in the city, but the hotel was brilliant.

The hotel is very good quality and service was excellent. The buffet and restaurant was very expensive which is annoying because there are not many alternatives in the immediate neighborhood. There in Nichis next door which had really great and very cheap food but it's basically an Indian fast food outlet. The pool is very nice. Everything is a taxi ride away which can be a hassle if it's been long day as u can't easily just duck into town.

Great hotel on a superb site! We stayed in the Club room which is more expensive than the beach view rooms but it is well worth it. The panoramic views of the ocean are spectacular from the Club rooms. Furthermore, the Club section has its own exclusive infinity swimming pool and restaurant, while at the same time one can make use of all the other facilities in the hotel as well. The Ayurvedic massage at the hotel is highly recommended!

A lovely property with luxury, comfort, amenities, reasonably good beach (not exactly at your doorstep or private) and a host of outdoor activities. Very courteous staff and service. The disappointment was the 'sea-view' room. I had to strain and stretch to locate the sea hidden behind high trees. And added to that was a possible misunderstanding about inclusion of breakfast (I think it was more a fault of the booking site!). But inspite of the slight disappointment, the overall experience was still very nice.

came here for my honeymoon n had 3 days of awesomeness. the room we stayed in was great n very romantic.the service of the staffs were excellent n we were well taken care of. overall was a memorable stay.

glad that we booked through hotels.com this hotel resort,it is really too good & worth a stay with full worth of money spent for this property,very good quite location,too good rooms,specially open bathrooms,food really exciting,excellant,tasty many choices for veg food also,ambience,greenery everywehere,well maintained &all staff very polite,co operative, well mannered,ready to help in every time,restaurent staff too polite,good with healping us in selecting veg food and chef was eager to prepare for us many new dishes as per our choice of new kerala type veg food--we were looking for some mistake or problem during our stay but regrate to stay that we could not find a single mistake,problem and must visit place in kerala--we can say it is worth every penny spent or more than worth for the charges we paid for our stay with so many activites for full day that we never felt like we are alone on this property

The hotel has an excellent view .All cottages are canal facing and this is an excellent resort for nature lovers , The atmosphere is also very relaxing.

The resort is located outside Alleppey on the lakeshore. The property is very well maintained; the rooms are basic but comfortable. We enjoyed the outside shower. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but the restaurant in the resort serves good food and it's a perfect place to relax for day or two.
