we loved our stay in Sienna, we were there only 24 hours but the town is remarkable. Our room was a little loft room, perfect for my ten year old and I, the breakfast was outside in the tree-lined court yard and of a lovely standard. we would highly recommend this hotel for its service, quality and location.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. The room was a little bit to small but fresh and good cleaned. The breakfast was ok (continental). For example the hotel is situated a 10-15 min nice walk to the famous "Il Campo". The only negative thing we can think of was that it could be a little bit noisy because of the old wooden door and high roof space in the room. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

A sweet little hotel. In a good location - very convenient and close to the centre. Round the corner from the bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend it to anyone.

Entrance to hotel was in a lovely walled cobbled courtyard, private. Very clean, bright and modern decor. Pleasant friendly efficient staff. Room cleaned twice a day. Breakfast Buffet plentiful. Would stay there again.

Fluent English warm welcome and explanation of everything we wanted to know about Lucca and the surrounding area got us off to a good start. This quality and friendliness continued throughout our stay. Take the hotel's advice for the best route for the 15 minute walk into town.

We were on honeymoon vacation. Hotel is at 10 min walk from train station.reception personnel was very helpful especially at giving information about car rental, sites to visit.we had a special gift from management when they knew that we were on honeymoon trip. However internet connection wasn't working (1st floor). We had to go to the lobby each time we wanted to connect to the net. Breakfeast room was a bit small, the 1st day we had to wait for our turn in order to get a place.

I loved the location , the staff was very helpful did not even try to make me pay for the parking told me I could park on the street.Nice big rooms also good for families , good location , many restaurants near by with affordable prices .A day trip to Venice is possible ..

Traveling by car throughout Italy, this was one of our favorite hotels. Excellent location - across the street from the beach. Parking available directly in front of hotel for 6 Euros. Very large, charming room with balcony overlooking ocean. Excellent staff, good breakfast. Would most definitely book here again - delightful!

It was good for a one night stay. Overlooking shopping market and beach view. Want to spend less and be confortable without luxuries?? stay here.

This Hotel we used as a base to tour Tuscany and we found it to be perfect for that purpose.The property is maintained in super condition.And all the staff we encountered we top quality and friendly.Overall impression is that this Hotel is well run, of a very good standard and spotless clean.I can recommend this Hotel to even the most discering of customers.

My husband and I selected this hotel because it was close to but not far from San Gimignano. You definitely need a car to get from the hotel to the city. Because it was Jan, the entire place was empty. The staff were very nice, and the room clean and comfortable. The only downfall was that we couldn't get wifi in our room and had to sit out in the lobby to use it - which we didn't mind because the place was empty. Great views, nice secluded place, great breakfast buffet!

Great location, short walk to town of San Giminano. Great staff, great breakfast! Room a little small and no children's pool as advertised on hotels.com - it is actually an adult jacuzzi pool. However, beautiful setting in a great location so highly recommend.
