Good location if traveling by car, otherwise I would stay closer in to Centro.Very nice, modern large rooms with every comfort. Buffet breakfast offered choices. Didn't have dinner, Pricey by Mexican standards, but a fair price for the quality.”
I think they need to be taught how to serve their guests!! I was at the gym running and the lights kept on turning off!! Then I am very thirsty and they have a big 5 gallon water bottle but no cups then I go ask for water and the two people in the front desk acted as if it was the hardest thing to find. To say the least, I went to my room with out water and then ordered some to my room from the restaurant which I paid for!! Bad service. Great hotel!!! Too Bad!!!!”
This hotel has great amenities and good service, the only thing I am puzzled is about the access to the only entrance, it is inconvenient, confusing and frustrating if there is more than one customer trying to load or unload luggage.”
The stay was very pleasant. The front desk clerk was bilingual and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only problems were with info provided by hotels.com: The street map is horribly wrong, and the property profile says that the bathrooms are SHARED (not!)”
This is a brand new Ibis Hotel, only opening in July 2012. It's located on the outside of the city on a busy main road. The breakfast buffet was good value. There was some confusion about payment, I had paid in full when booking, the staff wanted me to pay again.”
