The hotel was very nice. It was located in the historic center of the city accross from the Cathedral. Rooms were very lovely and clean. I do have to mention that there is no AC in the prime rooms. Only the 3rd floor room have AC. In spring it was a little warm so if you're travelling in the summer I'd recommend you get a room with AC. Food in Morelia is delicious but the food was just ok at the restaurant below this hotel. Ask around for some suggestions.”

tHE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS WONDERFUL. MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. NEVER USED MY CAR UNTIL THE DAY I LEFT. THE STAFF WAS ACCOMODATING WITH TOURS AND A MASSAGE. THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD ASK FOR THAT THEY DID NOT ACHIEVE THROUGH EXCELLENT TIMING AND SERVICE.”

Though we wanted to be downtown for the annual Arts Festival, this was really a great alternative since a cab took only about 10-15 minutes to town and was very reasonable. About 30-35 pesos one way. The front desk, diningroom and room staff were all very helpful. The pool area was beautiful and parking was very convenient in a covered, but bright garage. Didn't use the fitness center, but it looked good. Elevtors were available within minutes. I thought it qualified as a definite 3 or 3 1/2 stars rather than 2 1/2.”
