Very good upscale hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The room did not have a sitting area/coach. The room service was irregular but when they showed up they always did a good job. Recommend the hotel and if back to the Guadaljara area definitely will consider to stay there.”

It is a wonderful hotel, well designed, and the breakfast was superb. I really appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. The shuttle to the airport was efficient and again, friendly. I appreciated being able to do my email in your computer room, as I do not carry a lap top. I had one little problem with the bathroom faucette for showering.....had a flood which I cleaned up with a couple of towels. The fixtures were loose and hard to use.....that is my only suggestion for improvement I didn't get time to see the city or its proximity. The restaurant is not my choice of food and it is very loud...would be nice to have higher end menu in you lovely dining room where you serve breakfast. Thank You and good luck”

Taxis are plentiful. Easy to get to anywhere from hotel. Super clean, ample bedrooms - bed were a bit hard. Restaurant was excellent. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend hotel.”
