A beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. Very clean with good service. WiFi surcharge is expensive and the food was not good--but it is next to a Starbucks with free WiFi and near alot --and I mean alot--of restaurants. The suites also had kitchen if you like to cook on vacation.”

Our family regularly stays at the Princess. It is one of the nicest hotels we know - pool & garden area are unbeatable - there is always something to do - food/buffet is fantastic - great for kids Hope to be back soon”

ALL WAS PERFECT. MAIDS FORGOT TO REPLENISH THE COFFEE AND TEA, BUT MGMNT QUICKLY REPLACED BOTH. MOLE CHICKEN WAS EXCELLENT FOR DINNER. KIND OF CREEPY THAT WEATHER WAS PERFECT BUT BEACHES EMPTY. TOURISTS MUST BE SCARED! HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. A/C TOO NOISY MY ONLY COMPLAINT. RM 162”

Everything about this hotel rates highly except for extremely slow check in and check out procedure and the restaurants, which is hard to figure because the breakfast buffet is a very good one but eating other meals in the other restaurants is a total disappointment.”

The hotel was perfect in all sens, the room was very confortable, clean,the view was awesome, its a old building but with renovations, the food was great, pools and beach was nice. We come back for sure next year!!”

Good value for money. Rooms were a nice size and cleaned every day which was good. Hotel staff were efficient and location was good. Pool was fairly small for a hotel of this size which was the only thing that let it down.”

Overall my stat at El Cano was very pleasant and was as advertised. Good sized pool right next to beach with bar service during the day and afternoon. The only negative I would share is the quality of the WiFi internet access in the hotel room- not very stable. I was cut off frequently. Also there are only two electric outlets in the rooms which are used for the mini-fridge and desk lamp. A bit of a hassle if you want to plug in you laptop or charge your phone. There are outlets in the bathroom but who wants to play with electronic devices right next to the bath?”

Nice clean room with a beautiful view of the Acapulco bay. Morning coffee at the balcony was a real treat. Very few foreigners, almost only Mexican guests. Learn how to tip rapidly if you are not used to it and the service increases dramatically.”
