Hotels in Guanajuato

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel, very much. However we noticed that there are very few hand railings for the stairs. Also we missed bars in the shower, which are needed for young and elderly, as well.. We needed a wheelchair, and were told that the two that they had , were out of order...... I hope this helps others enjoy their stay with you still more. Thanks for asking my opinion. Hopefully we'll be back soon.

Very nice hotel, and good for the price. Nothing super fancy but everything was clean. The only bad part was that they don't leave the remote control for the TV in the room and we had to wait over an hour to get one. The hotel is well located close to downtown. But probably you need a cab to go to downtown, specially going back since it is up a loooong hill.

I recommend this hotel for its central location, very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, courteous and helpful personnel , reasonable price. Only negative in my experience was the wayward temperature of the shower, owing to problems with the control of hot and cold water pressure: hopefully just a temporary problem.

This hotel offers all the amenities that you would would expect from a hotel of this class. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotels offers room service and has a full service restaurant and bar. The restaurant staff went out of the way to prepare a special diet restricted plate. I highly recommend this property. The location was a little far from where I needed to be at in Leon, but the location is within walking distance to bars, a mall, Walmart, Sam's, restaurants, and other shopping places.

My understanding is that this hotel is being redeveloped and is under new management. I really liked it. There were a few drawbacks... the restaurant is too expensive, although the food is good and the pool is located where you would never want to have it, you are too much on display. No one used it while I was there. (It would be like swimming in a pool next to the main street.) Other than these small problems I was totally satisfied. For my fellow Americans, I would note however, that the bed is hard... like at most Mexican hotels. I have been moving from hotel to hotel in Leon looking for a comfortable bed. This is the best hotel I have found so far, but I will continue to look.

the place was fine and there were no surprises, clean, neat and safe. i felt that the price was a little high but i knew that going in when i booked but prices seem higher in the irapuato area then in other parts of mexico.
