This is an excellent hotel, and is in a major, new shopping mall. It's very clean, the staff was excellent. The only reason the hotel is marked down is because the wireless Internet service had some periods of extremely slow service. Nowadays, when you travel, you always need the Internet, and is surprises me how much hotels don't seem to understand how important it is. Also, it would be better to have wired access, as wired access is significantly more secure, more stable, and generally has better bandwidth.”
There was not much hotel in this city and we did not know the city. I went ahead and booked this hotel because it said it was in the commercial end of the city, so I figured it would be safer. I did feel safe in the hotel, even at night. I would stay here again.”
The staff are EXCELLENT!!! I have stayed there three times in three months because of ALL your staff. The only thing, and its minor, is the refrigerator did not work. Last time it was the safe. No big thing! The employees make all the difference. Will be there again soon.”
