I had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Hilton Los Cabos Golf & Beach Resort. The room was immaculate, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facilities were spectacular and the food was first class. I would return to this Hilton property in a heartbeat... it was that good!”
Great hotel with great service in the middle of the tourist corridor with very convenient location to both san jose and san lucas. Although the beds are hard the rest of the hotel was great with great helpfull staff especially the bell boy " Roberto" plenty of things to do will be visiting again in the future. Great for families with smaller children also great all round hotel.”
Our first all inclusive have been on many vacations was a little disappointed in food quality especially napa restaurant, staff very friendly and polite through whole resort.Lobby full of vacation specilists( they do not call them time shares) just say no.Resort very nice lots of pools if you want quite you can find a nook somewhere.Nightly entertainment is very nice different theme every night and included in all inclusive . Date of vacation3/5/11”
We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and room service was decent. We had a nice marina view and were close to everything. We were even able to walk with our 2 year old son to the neighbouring park. A couple of things we didn't like was the fumigating that was going on all around the pool area. It was so strong it we could hardly breathe. Also, the pool was a little dirty and the hottub had so many chemicals that it stung my skin. Overall, this hotel is good for the price.”
The location was great, slightly out of town, but a quick drive and/or long walk. The views were beautiful and the setting spectacular. The room came with American breakfast, which includes fruit, eggs, toast, bacon/ham. The dining room was convenient and great food and service. My only disappointment was the "kitchenette" advertized, which is really just a half refrigerator, but with the convenience of the dining room, we completely did not miss having a kitchen.”
Nice hotel a few issues I had was the first night the hot water in my room was not working so had a cold shower (fail), the room card stopped working 4 times so had to go to reception to activate the card each time hmmmm ......the breakfast was included with the stay = thumbs up, it’s about 3km away from Lap Town overall the room was great and comfortable I would stay there again.”
We liked having the kitchenette and the close walking distance to town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cons were:the pool was atrium style so you only got a few hours of sun a day and had to move your chairs to capture the sun; the rooms don't have a balcony; no views; very noisy if you had someone in the room right next to you. We had a few problems and had to change rooms but the hotel staff was great and resolved any issues immediately. The concierge will try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting. I used to be very against doing this on my vacation, but we ended up doing it anyway and got a jeep rental 2 days for the price of 1. It was well worth it in that we were able to go visit the amazing 300-year old missions and also take a trip to the beautiful Concepcion Bay and Muleje. And, we loved the new Villa Del Palmar being built so ended up buying a time share after all. Over all, this hotel is a very good value.”
The Desert Inn is on of the better hotels in town. the staff made every effort to assure we had what we needed. this caring attidute extended from the managment to the front desk, housekeepers and resturant staff.”
This is a well-located physically beautiful hotel. The only drawbacks were: 1. Noisy music in the restaurant that carried throughout the hotel, sometimes fairly late into the night 2. No easy chair in a spacious room for reading at night 3. very low level light bulbs 4. overpriced mediocre food in the restaurant.”
Excelent Restaurant Service: Don Jose Manuel prepares the best Margaritas and deliciosas quesadillas in town Poor attention but installation more than I expected in the middle of the dessert. Very convinient location for long trip-travellers to Baja California del sur.”
