    Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. You would make Leonna proud! This is the first hotel that has not charged extra for our dog. Thank you for that. The room was some what worn but it was clean and comfortable. We would go back. The location can't be beat.

    Excellent location. I have stayed here twice in the past year. Both rooms were spacious by NYC standards and well maintained. Decor is classic, a bit old-fashioned but in good taste. Bathrooms also were large but do not appear to have been renovated recently. First hotel room included mini refrigerator in the bathroom. On second visit I asked about refrigerator and was told hotel would provide one free of charge.

The Park View restaurant affords spacious seating at tables accompanied by baronial armchairs. This dining venue features grand views of Central Park through gracefully arched windows, and serves continental cuisine with contemporary flair. The Garden Court Café offers open-air ambience and prepares lunch and dinner selections created with market-fresh ingredients. Harry's Bar, named after real estate magnate Harry Helmsley, offers traditional cocktails and creative martinis. A business center houses four computer stations and offers services, for a fee.
