    I ordered the Romance Package online for my anniversary. I was NEVER given the sparkling wine or the breakfast which are part of the deal. They said the night girl was new and just off of training and would I like my wine now, at check-out! I finally asked them to call a manager. After much waiting, they offered me $20 off of my room. Also, in our room there was a huge dent in the middle of the bed that was very painful to sleep on and the floor in front of the heating and cooling system was soaking wet. I am not someone who ordinarily complains at all but it was an exceptionally depressing stay. In particular, the staff didn't seem to care and only offered any recompense as an afterthought-initially making excuses for the new employee.
