    The staff at Mountain Road Resort could use some training in customer service. They just weren't that friendly or helpful. The blanket on the bed was very old and appeared to be dirty. My final complaint is in regard to the complimentary breakfast. Nothing was covered, the cereal was in big, uncovered bowls and the cream cheese and preserves were in bowels (not the usual one serving containers). Also, I happened to see the woman servicing the breakfast in the back handling the bagels without gloves. Needless to say, we didn't go back for breakfast after the morning.
