    Once I found the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The registration desk was hard to find, once inside. The rooms are "Spartan", but adequate if you are only going to bathe and sleep there. It is surrounded by many things to see, but is tucked in their "very quiet street." WARNING!! I was about twenty minutes from the hotel looking for something to eat and drink. I was in front of an Irish pub and robbed by two men. Amazingly, they handed my wallet back to me and ran. Welcome to Madrid!! Be careful and don´t shake hands or let anybody touch you.

    Rooms are small and a little dusty, beds are lumpy. But the price and location cant't be beat. No street noise, only a little from the hallway during the night as people come back. Friendly service.
