    I went to Montreal with 4 friends (all in college/just graduated) and stayed at the HQL. It was definitely a great value. There is continental breakfast (which i unfortunately never made it to but a friend said it was good). The location is great, very close to the Metro and surrounded by great, inexpensive restaurants. I wouldnt come here for a honey moon but if you're looking for a good value on a place to sleep after a long day of taking in all Montreal has to offer, the HQL is perfect. My only complaint really is that there is no AC in the rooms, it blasts in the hallway and trickles into the room to make it semi-comfortable if you can stand to have your window shut for a few hours. The street is very noisy in the morning so try not to leave the window open at night. Overall, a great value and I would definitely stay there again.. just bring yourself an extra fan!
