    We stayed at this hotel 5 nights for WGT 2009. The staff were very nice, the room large with a nice view. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket attached, very useful. However - no Internet except for one slow ancient computer in the lobby. The fitness room and sauna are in the basement and available by appointment only. We booked way in advance at a good rate. This site will not let me state the rate, but had we paid anything remotely like the current going rate I would have been outraged. Until recently the "Grand Hotel" was the Ratsholtz. I can understand why they changed the name to attract English speakers, but this is at best a mid-level hotel. No A/C either. Good access to trams and plenty of on street parking in a nice neighborhood. No restaurants or bars in the area though. It all comes down to room rate with this place. I wouldn't pay more for it than a Comfort Inn in America.
