    Stayed 2 nights at the Kimdo. Great location in the heart of HCMC. While it is an older and slightly dated facility the room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was good but the non smoking section was too small and not seperated from the smoking section. One down side of the location is that there are no good low cost food options near by.

    Hotel is in tourist area, great walking distance to a lot of places. Our room was a premium deluxe. Was clean and large but windows had no views. Their breakfast selection was really good.

Location. Kimdo Royal City Hotel is located in District One of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, Vietnam. Shopping, business and tourist destinations, such as the Ben Thanh market, Municipal Theater and Saigon River, are all less than a kilometer (0.6 mile) away.

Hotel Features. The charming exterior of this five-story hotel contains elements of French Colonial architecture. This is mirrored in the lobby décor, which has wood paneling, white pillars, chandeliers and a marble floor. Hotel facilities include a business center; a fitness center offering massage services and containing a spa tub, sauna and a variety of equipment; two conference/function rooms; and a dance hall. Wireless Internet access is available at the multi-cuisine restaurant and at the café. Also on site are a gift shop and an art gallery. Travel services, including car rental, tour bookings, flight reservations, currency exchange and airport transfers, are available.
