    The hotel was small but nice. The written directions are a must in order to find the place. Then at the end you need to climb the stairs to get in. But the location is close to the Rialto bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice. The reception desk people were great and helpful.

    Looking at the hotel building scared us for a bit, but the interiors were beyond our expectations. Everything is less that a 10 minute walk from the hotel. But while getting there, make sure you get off at the second Rialto stop, because dragging your luggage over the bridges in Venice is not fun at all...

Hotel Features. Set in the city centre, the Hotel Ca Amadi occupies a historic Venetian inn dating from the 13th century, the former residence of Count Francesco Amadi. The hotel is characterised by 18th-century Venetian decor with rich brocades and antique-style furnishings, and extends to a lounge area with wood ceilings and 15th-century frescoes. The concierge is on hand to offer sightseeing assistance and book guided tours, and wireless Internet is available. Hotel Ca Amadi provides a complimentary continental breakfast.
