Hotel Croatia

Location. The Hotel Croatia is located in Cavtat, Croatia, a small town tumbling down the hillside to the bay of Cavtat. Dubrovnik's medieval city centre is 18 kilometres away, and it is five kilometres to the city's international airport.

Hotel Features. Surrounded by peaceful woodland and with spectacular views of the bay, the Hotel Croatia has access to two private sandy beaches. The resort, which was fully refurbished in 2007, also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a wellness centre offering a large range of beauty treatments and massage, and a children's playground and paddling pool.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is served at the Hotel Croatia, which has several dining options. The Steakhouse is a rustic, warmly lit restaurant with open grill fire, specialising in fish and meat dishes. Konavle is a larger space where banquets and weddings can be catered for, offering a range of international and local dishes. There is also an outdoor bar- restaurant overlooking the swimming pool. The piano bar offers a more sophisticated experience for the evening.

The hotel offers eight conference spaces which can accommodate between 30 and 850 people.

Additional recreational facilities include two tennis courts, French bowls, beach volleyball, and an indoor fitness room. A jogging track also winds through the woods.

Guestrooms. The 480 air-conditioned guestrooms all lead to furnished balconies with views of the ocean or the wooded grounds. Decorated in a neutral colour scheme, all rooms have bathrobes and slippers for guests' use. Amenities include satellite television, minibar, and safe. Internet access is available for a surcharge.
