    Very un comfortabe bed not good sheets Pillows like having nothing under your head.I regret very much that i chose this hotel.I wish i could get my money back.

    I first arrived and found that the elevators are too small to accommodate even 3 people, which forced me to use the stairwell. By utilizing the stairwell, I found all sort of debris such as dirty tissues, cigarette butts, empty beer cans, soda bottles, newspapers, etc. You name it, it was in there. The debris was never picked up for my 3 night stay. It reminded me of a back ally where bums hangout. When I first arrived to my non-smoking room, that's all I could smell. The smoke alarm was covered in the wrapping from the toilet paper roll. There was a bloody tissue covering the peep hole, a Kotex wrapper under the couch which was sticking out about 2 inches. The toilet handle was disconnected so I had to remove the lid from the commode and reconnect the chain to the handle which makes me wonder if housekeeping ever thoroughly sanitized the bathroom? Probably not! The bed was similar to the mock beds in model homes that are made of cardboard or similar material. This hotel was one of the worst experiences that I have had in some time. I would never recommend this Extended Stay Deluxe to anyone based on my recent experience.
