Extended Stay America Seattle - Mukilteo

Booked a last minute reservation due to having to attend a funeral. I booked a non smoking room but the room wreaked of smoke and the previous guest must of had a cat. The room stunk. The beds are so hard, I think I ended up with a bruised hip. The bedding is also something out of the 70's and most definately needs updating. A hard, scratchy comforter, very hard polyester blanket, and hard mattress made for a miserable night's sleep. The carpets need cleaning so dont walk barefoot. The staff were friendly when you find them but all in all, you would be much better off at another budget hotel. At least you will get fresh towels and have your room made up daily. Note** this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, towels nor any toiletries but does state this when booking.

I've stayed at several Extended Stays for the convenience and price, but this experience was just okay. The beds were too firm for my taste but hubby had no issue. They didn't have shampoo or lotion as most others do, no biggie for me cause I normally bring my own anyway. The pans were still dirty in the cupboard and one glass was cracked. There was also no stopper for the sink to wash dishes, nor could they find one so I had to use a rag and for future recommendation the dish soap is way cheap so either bring your own or make sure you get a bunch from them. I wasn't fond of staying in a smoking room but that was my fault for booking so late. Sooooo overall the stay was just okay for me. Wasn't great but wasn't bad either.
