    Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Phone didn't work. Toilet valve started leaking on the floor in the middle of the night. Front desk is closed after 11pm, so there was no one to call. Overall, the room felt kind dirty, not plush like a regular hotel room. The built-in kitchen is convenient. No maid service provided everyday. Is in a pretty good location. Safe area near everything in Metairie and I-10.
