    Our family stayed at the Bastion for four nights. We had four rooms for eight people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool table and the ability to get drinks and snacks 24/7. The room keys are bulky and only one allowed per room. The idea is to leave it at the front desk when you leave. Took some getting used to, but no big problem. Also they have to buzz you in to the lobby at night. I guess it is OK to keep out non-guests. The buffet breakfast was better than most hotels we stayed at during our trip. They would even make fried eggs to order if you wished. Their restaurant has daily specials although we didn't try them. Had dinner there only one night. The main courses were OK, but the appetizers were very skimpy for the high price. For example my son and I ordered hot wings. For 8 Euro we only got 4 pieces each (that's right, wing pieces). Parking was free and we always managed to find a parking space even when the lot was full at night.
