    We were happy to get a great rate on a comfortable room when all other area motels were considerably higher during Frog Follies in Evansville.

    The hotel was kind of dirty, however I stayed there in inclement weather. The stairwells were expecially in need of cleaning. The room was OK. The bed was very comfortable and there was a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink etc. The hotel was adequate for my stay.
