    The room was good condition but, they could of had a better bed. Bed was soft and old.

    We had a completely terrible experience at this place. We reserved a room with a kitchenette, and paid the extra money for it. When we go to our room, it was a standard room - no kitchenette. When I called the front desk, I was told that they were completely booked and had no kitchenette rooms available. Moreover, we were in a "waterview room" which would have been fine, if it wasn't for the huge pine trees that completely blocked the view! Since we did not have a kitchenette, we decided to try the restaurant. What a mistake! I was up all night with serious food poisoning. My boyfriend called the front desk at 4:00 am to report my condition and to see if anyone else had complaints. He asked the person that answered the phone to report this to the management when they got in. We never heard from anyone except at 12:03pm, when they called to ask us why we hadn't checked out yet (12:00 check-out time). My boyfriend explained that we had been up all night due to illness and were getting ready to check out. We did not receive any sort of apology or information about any other complaints. The service truly sucks at this sub-par motel. Avoid it at all costs!
