Description
See more detailsLocation.Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello is located in Sorrento, Italy, within 1.5 kilometres of the beach and two kilometres from the city centre.
Hotel Features. The hotel is a modern property set on a hillside surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the Isle of Capri. The outdoor swimming pool has views over the Bay of Naples, and there is a full- service health spa, a massage treatment room, beauty services and fitness equipment. Other hotel amenities include a 24-hour front desk, air conditioning, babysitting services and complimentary parking.
The Bellavista's onsite restaurant, Riccardo Francischiello, is light and airy and specialises in freshly caught fish dishes and homemade pasta. A complimentary continental breakfast is offered to guests, and the hotel also offers a half-board room rate which includes breakfast and dinner.
Nearby activities include bird watching, boating and scuba diving.
Guestrooms. The 32 guestrooms are built over four floors, and include balconies or terraces and views over the ocean. All have neutral decor and functional wood furnishings. Amenities include air conditioning, hair dryers, satellite television, direct- dial phones and safes.
Expert Tip. Across Sorrento and the Amalfi coast is a varied selection of wines produced from the terraced vineyards that characterise the region. The signature drink of the area has to be limoncello, a digestive liqueur made from the infusion of Sorrento lemon peel in pure alcohol. Be sure to also try the less-well-known local liqueur, Nocino, which is made with Sorrento walnuts and coffee beans, and is altogether a more acquired taste.
