My husband and I had a great experience at this beautiful Villa. The staff was very friendly and everyone spoke english. They took their time to help us with points of interest and directions. The location of the villa is excellent if you have a car. There is a train station where you could leave your car parked for free and go to Florence for the day. We had a little problem with the breakfast because on the hotels.com website it says they offer free breakfast but when we arrived we were told we would have to pay 16euro per day per person for breakfast. I immediately went on the hotels.com website and showed them where it says free breakfast and they were very quick to correct any mistake on their part. We stayed at several hotels during our two weeks in italy and this was our favorite. The only thing we didn't like was the pricey restaurant, the food was not up to par with the price. During our drive through Chianti we came upon a town called Radda, which was never suggested to us by anyone, that was very charming. We did most of our souvenir shopping here because the prices were better than anywhere else we had been. We also found a great little cafe which is owned by a German man who serves very tasty italian dishes.(sorry can't remember the name but it's right next to a pizzeria and it has outside seating) Hope this helps you make decision.
