    Nice room, pool was great. Hot tub was out of service at the time, and the cont bkfst was a little slow. beds were great. I would stay there again

    Stayed at hotel for 10 year anniversary. Great room for price. First night plulled bed down and sheets looked dirt.Lifted sheet dried blood stains on the mattress pad. Pulled it off took it to office.Receptionist said she was sorry and told my husband to inform management in the morning gave my husband another pad and said try this one. The new one was too small for the bed. Management informed the next day. She did not apologize or anything. The next evening while getting ready for dinner I hear water running in the bathroom. I asked my husband if he left the water on the bathroom. He said no after futher investigation we found the toilet leaking. Informed receptionist and we were moved to another room. The receptionist weren't trianed to handle problems correctly. Upon checkout we were told everything had been reported. Still no apology.
