For the price, it served it's purpose, clean stuff all around, checked in late, checked out early, ate breakfast next door and on to work. Consider the price, that's exactly what you'll get. This isnt brain surgery, if you want bells and whistles, then pay the price at other Irvine hotels just remember you'll also pay for parking at other local hotels, otherwise it's fine. Yes I am staying there again as I travel to Irvine on an overnight basis or a 2 niter once in a blue moon.

I'm staying eight days and seven nights at this hotel as I am relocating here and am getting my new house renovated. The first four days have been fine. However, during the last four days, I had the misfortune to have a noisy party occupy the two rooms on both sides of mine. The adults are disrespectful to the point of engaging in loud conversations outside my room late at night and smoking outside my room even though we're in a designated "no smoking" area. First, I asked them to please take their conversations somewhere else, they just glared at me. Plus, they had a noisy kid who was up as late as 12 midnight running down the hallway screaming. I called the front desk to send their security guard to tell them to knock it off. The next morning, I found a cigarette butt at my door. If you don't mind having to put up with disrespectful guests, this place is affordable and provides free cable TV and free Internet access if you have a laptop, however, you need a calling card to call long distance if you don't have a cell phone. Depending on the purpose of your stay, the location could be convenient. While the immediate neighborhood isn't the best, I didn't have any security issues.
