    I have stayed at a number of hotels in the Victoria Station area, and I thought this one was a particularly good balance between price and value. The room was adequately sized, well-kept, and clean. The bed was more comfortable than ones I have slept in at many other more-expensive hotels. The location is very convenient to the train station. I was quite happy overall, with the only downside being the thin walls conducting sound easily. This is a general problem with older buildings, though, and shouldn't reflect on the upkeep of the hotel.

Location. The five-floor Dover Hotel is housed in a stuccoed Edwardian terrace property and situated 400 metres from Victoria Station in the centre of London. Buckingham Palace is 700 metres from the hotel and the London Eye is one mile away. Victoria Station (rail and tube) is 400 metres from the hotel and London Heathrow Airport is 15.5 miles from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 45 minutes.

Hotel Features. A safe-deposit box is available for use at the 24-hour front desk at this smoke-free property, which is also suitable for children. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast room.
