    This stay was extraordinary because of the people that are part of your experience. There was not one person that I encountered during the 4 days I was there that I would not give a customer service award to them. From the shuttle driver that helped me when my car wouldn't start, to the guard gate attendant, to the groundskeepers, and personnel in the Bella Vista restaurant. Exceptional care started with a smile, and ended with "Thank you for staying with us".
