Campanile Roissy

Terrible service at this hotel. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel does not stop at all terminals (only terminal 2F) after 10pm. Have been waiting for over 1 hour for the shuttle at terminal 2D where all the other hotel's shuttles stop (even after 10pm). Finally, I called the hotel, and I was told that I had to go to terminal 2F...where I waited an extra 30mn...and finally took the shuttle of the closest hotel to the campanile, and walked down to the campanile. No orange juice at the breakfast buffet, I mentionned in French to the waitress (who was busy re-arranging the croissants on the buffet) that there was no more orange juice, and she did not answer to me...not even Yes, No, Sorry, I don't care..nothing she just walked away. If you are looking for a good service, you better to stay somewhere else. The rooms are very small, it was even difficult to find a place to put my 2 suitcases. I will never stay again in a Campanile hotel.

I stayed one night in this hotel. The room is good, clean with free wi-fi. The buffet dinner (very good price) is great. However, the frequency of their shuttle service is very bad. The hotel website showed shuttle every 15 minutes in peak time (morning). In reality, it is over 30 minute. I used their shuttle at three different times of the day. Everytime I had to wait about 30 minute. Another thing, their shuttle only goes to Terminal 2. If your flight is from Terminal 1, you have to keep another 30-40 minutes to go to Termial 1 from Terminal 2.
