    The hotel was acceptable; room clean etc. Certainly not 4 star. However, the location of the hotel is in an area that is visably unsafe. Trash litters the streets and you would never want to venture outside.

    The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Helpful staff. It is just steps away from Naples central station, but that's also its big downside. The area is very shabby in a square covered in litter, and smells. The surrounding streets are full of street vendors selling sunglasses and fake watches. You could call that colourful street life in the day, but at night it feels threatening and does make you want to go for a stroll at night. Use this hotel as a quick stopover point but not as a base for a holiday.

Location. The Grand Hotel Sant'Angelo is a modern property with a lobby area featuring chandeliers and leather seats. It is situated within 500 metres of Museum Napoli and seven kilometres away from Pompeii. Naples Airport (NAP) is three kilometres from the hotel and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach by car.

Hotel Features. The hotel offers a multilingual concierge service to assist guests with the organisation of excursions and queries about sightseeing. Business guests will find three meeting rooms equipped with audio-visual equipment, and there is a hotel bar where guests can relax with a drink at the end of the day. Further amenities include wireless Internet, airport transport (surcharge), dry cleaning facilities, and room service.

The Grand Hotel Sant'Angelo houses a traditional restaurant serving a variety of Italian dishes, including speciality pasta, and an extensive wine list. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served to guests each morning.
