Therasia Resort

Location. The Therasia Resort is an Aeolian-style whitewashed hotel set on a promontory with views to the six islands, 15 kilometres from the island of Lipari. Catania Fontana Rossa Airport (CTA) is 200 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 150 minutes.

Hotel Features. The hotel is set in private gardens and features a spa with a seawater swimming pool and solarium. Guests can relax on the private black sand beach and a rocky bathing area can be reached from the hotel. Drinks are served at the poolside bar, and room service is available. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Vulcano Harbour, the beach, and the city centre.

The Therasia Resort features a wine cellar with a selection of local and regional wines. Traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes are served in the Archipelago restaurant, which has a terrace with panoramic views and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The hotel offers aerobics classes and water gym, while diving, sailing, trekking and mountain biking are also available in the area.

Guestrooms. The Therasia Resort has 97 air-conditioned guestrooms located over three floors, all of which have Mediterranean decor with tiled floors and open on to balconies with sea or garden views. Amenities include satellite television, desks, telephones, and minibars. Bathrooms have telephones and bidets.
