    Was using this hotel for a business trip that got postponed a week before we expected to stay. We attempted to change the dates and were told that this was not possible. The entire week had to be forfeitted despite intervention from hotels.com. We had every intention of using this hotel for the same amount of time just 2 weeks later and were willing to pay any differences in rates, however they would not comply.

The Pullman Royal Golf El Jadida is a contemporary hotel built in a traditionally Arabic style and set in landscaped gardens by a coastal golf course, seven kilometres from the town of Al Jadida. The 178 guestrooms over three floors feature Arabic-style decor with ceramic-tiled floors and flowing patterned fabrics. All incorporate separate sitting areas and balconies, and are equipped with satellite television, direct-dial phones, minibars and safes. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, robes, slippers, scales, makeup/shaving mirrors and complimentary toiletries.

During fine weather, guests can soak up the sun by the outdoor pool or practise their swing on the 18-hole golf course. In addition, the hotel offers a driving range and opportunities for basketball, volleyball and tennis. A separate children's pool and a playground are provided for younger guests. Those seeking relaxation can head to the full-service health spa, which offers a sauna, steam bath and a range of indulgent massage and beauty treatments. The Mazagan International Restaurant serves international and Mediterranean fare in a Moroccan setting overlooking the pool, while Al Jawhara is a traditional restaurant that serves regional dishes, including tagines and cous cous, and hosts live Arabic music. Le Birdie is located by the 18-hole golf course, offers an a la carte menu of light dishes and opens onto a terrace for outdoor dining. La Citerne serves drinks and snacks accompanied by live piano music.

Complimentary newspapers are provided in the lobby and public areas offer wireless Internet access (surcharge). The hotel houses a business centre offering a range of office services, and the two meeting rooms feature audio- visual equipment and offer a maximum capacity of 100. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer express check-in/out, provide around-the-clock room service, exchange currency and look after valuables in the safe-deposit box. Those arriving by car will find complimentary secure parking on site.

The Portuguese Medina, dating from 1513, is seven kilometres from the hotel and Casablanca is 80 kilometres away.
