    Novotels generally are at the bottom of the pole and are not that great, but this one was excellent. At first, i was a bit skeptical about staying at this hotel since i ve stayed at other hotels in the area before in different times of the year. I was very pleased with the location, about 15 minutes walk to the Capitol or 7 minute metro ride to the center. The Hotel is VERY hidden, you can miss it without noticing. Its not that visible and it took me a while to get a sense of direction. Beware this hotel will be hard to find. I was very please with the services and cleaness of the rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

    Staff was quite helpful, spoke English & French, and very nice. Ten minute walk to city center. Great value. Very comfortable. A little nicer than than other Novotels I have stayed in. Toulouse is a great city.
