I stayed at the Whalewalk Inn for a Thanksgiving on Cape Cod. I am so glad I picked this place! The breakfast was fantastic & delicious! The Innkeepers Kevin & Elaine & their staff made me feel like a King! The room (Carriage House #6) was spectacular! I enjoyed the fireplace, comfortable bed, tranquility & quietness of the property, room & it's surroundings! I have not slept in surroundings that quiet in a long time. At around 6:30 a.m. I could hear the noises from the Geese flying over & other Nature sounds that are pleasant to wake up to. I raved about this place to everyone I know! Also the Spa is fantastic! It has been a long while since I had a message that felt so good! Great job Kevin & Elaine!

Guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life at one of Cape Cod's most romantic and secluded country inns - quietly tucked away on a country road, but still centrally located to all the attractions that make Cape Cod so special. Guests will be able to walk along the 'Outer Cape' beaches and listen to the soothing sound of the waves lapping on Cape Cod Bay or crashing at the National Seashore. Guests can partake in some of the finest dining that the Cape has to offer, beginning each day at the inn with a gourmet breakfast served to guests at their own private table. Guests can enjoy lighthouses, museums, whale watching, Cape Cod Bay tidal beaches and up-scale shopping nearby.

The Inn was built in 1830 for a renowned whaling captain. In the early 1900s, it became a gentleman's farm, known as Whalewalk Farm. In 1953, it was purchased and turned into an inn. Since that time it has been authentically restored and creatively decorated. The common rooms are filled with the innkeeper's extensive Waterford crystal collection, 19th-century country antiques from England and France, fresh flowers, and oriental rugs.

Guests will awaken to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, sizzling bacon, one of the many delightful pastry items and a different entree every day. Dietary needs are no problem, with advanced notice. On warm days, guests can enjoy their breakfast on the bricked patio while viewing the gardens, or on cooler days, breakfast is served on the sun porch or the dining room. The Inn's newest facility is The Spa and Wellness Center, offering a variety of massages, facials, fitness center, hot tub, sauna and indoor heated resistance pool.

The 16 guestrooms and suites are spread throughout six buildings on a peaceful three-acre compound. All accommodations have sitting areas, telephones, televisions with VCRs and air conditioning. Some have fireplaces, oversized whirlpools or soaking tubs, refrigerators, and coffee and tea.

This historic inn, known as one of the most beautiful inns on the Outer Cape, is appointed with their guests' comfort in mind.
