The Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses - opening soon is a modern resort hotel set amid 10 hectares of lush greenery in central Rabat, three kilometres from the ancient gardens of Chellah. This eight-floor hotel features 229 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which open onto balconies and include wireless Internet, satellite television and minibars.

At the end of a day's sightseeing, guests can relax in the club with its sauna, hammam and massage room. The club also offers a gym with cardiovascular equipment, four tennis courts and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Children can be kept occupied in the large playground behind the chalets, and can paddle and splash around in the kids' pool. There are numerous dining options on site. These include Dar Al Andalous, a Moorish-style restaurant serving authentic Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine accompanied by live entertainment, and La Terrazza, which offers views of the hotel gardens and serves a wide range of Mediterranean dishes. There is also a coffee shop and a bar on the premises. Guests arriving by car will appreciate free onsite parking, and the concierge can assist with information on local attractions as well as booking excursions. There is a putting green on site, with professional golf tuition available; the hotel also operates a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the Royal Dar es Salaam Golf Club, 10 kilometres away. Joggers can make use of a track in the adjacent eucalyptus forest, and there are a range of water sports, including windsurfing, scuba diving and jet skiing, available within 10 kilometres of the hotel. Other nearby attractions include the Tour Hassan, the grandiose minaret of a huge but incomplete mosque begun in 1195, which is six kilometres from the hotel. Rabat Sale Airport (RBA) is 13 kilometres away, around 15 minutes by car.
