    there is no clock in the room--no ability to set your own wake up call. i called the front desk and asked for a 5:15am wakeup to begin our long transatlantic journey. No call ever came! when i finally woke up on my own, i called the front desk and asked what happened and he simply said "oh, i'm sorry" didn't offer to pay for a cab to the airport, breakfast there, anything. i will never go back there!
