    My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was just down the hill from Cortona which is a lovely town in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Our only regret was not staying here an extra night. We had the package with breakfast included which was AMAZING. Most places in Italy have a similar breakfast set-up, but the one here was of the highest quality. The room itself was very large and comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was a pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it, although it looked very inviting.

The Relais Villa Baldelli is a restored 17th century villa set amid lush greenery in a peaceful area, situated within three kilometres of Cortona's medieval streets. The 15 guestrooms are decorated in a traditional style in soft colours with richly patterned fabrics, antique furnishings, and period details such as beamed ceilings. All guestrooms include satellite television, telephones, Internet connections, refrigerators, safes, and bathrooms with slippers, bathrobes, toiletries and hair dryers.

After breakfast guests can browse the daily newspapers in the hotel lobby, have a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, or look at the original working water well in the hotel's pretty grounds. The restaurant serves a wide range of traditional Tuscan dishes along with an extensive wine list in a romantic, candlelit setting with a fireplace, and before dinner guests can enjoy cocktails in the hotel bar.
