    Hotel staff was never available, you must wait 15 min. to check in. No house keeping. Clean towels or toilet paper was never brought unless you asked and you had to track down an employee for at least 30 min. No one answers the front desk if you call. A pornographic video was found in our rooms desk. Thank goodness we had no children with us. Breakfast consists of cereal and bagels. Beds do not have fitted sheets, so you sleep on a bare mattress. Carpets were dirty, and would not recommend walking barefoot. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvement.
