Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Seabrook Island is located on Seabrook Island, S.C. The island boasts miles of coastal beaches, broad salt marshes and maritime forests. The Bohicket Marina Village offers shops, restaurants, nature tours and offshore fishing charters less than one mile away. Kiawah Island Golf Resort is approximately three miles away. Two championship golf courses at the resort wind through beach dunes, tidal flats and moss-draped oak trees.

Features. This 2,200-acre, private gated community, located near three miles of pristine beach, offers private beach access. The property boasts a wide variety of dining options. The Privateer features the region's Lowcountry dishes, from roasted oysters to spicy crab cakes. The Seabrook Beach Club's poolside bar and grill, Cap'n Sam's Grill and Pelican's Nest Bar serves casual lunch fare, burgers and barbecue. Adjacent to the beach club, the Seaview Restaurant & Half Shell Lounge offers lunch and dinner in season, featuring a Friday Night Seafood Buffet. The Pro Shop in the Island House offers a breakfast bar, and lunch on the patio. The Island House Restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and a signature Sunday Brunch featuring live jazz. The beach club features a lap pool, family pool, children's activities and a fully equipped, oceanfront fitness center. The Racquet Club boasts 15 clay courts, a pro shop, player matching and professional instruction for all age levels. The property features on-shore fishing and boogie boarding. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Guestrooms. ResortQuest Rentals at Seabrook Island offers one-to-five bedroom homes, villas and cottages designed to complement the natural beauty of the island. All accommodations feature separate living rooms and fully equipped kitchens. Private decks or screened-in porches offer ocean, golf course, inlet or wooded views. Washers and dryers are available in all units. Cable television and VCRs or DVD players are provided.

Expert Tip. Cap'n Sam's Grill and Pelican's Nest Bar offers festive poolside cookouts featuring live music and drink specials.

Seabrook Island Club amenities and services are on a cashless system. Guests must obtain a Club Access Card, available only from the Seabrook Island Club after check-in. This card costs $25 per day or $150 per week, plus a $20 deposit. All guest activities on Seabrook Island, including tennis, golf, dining and pools, are charged using the Club Access Card.
