    The reception staff were not helpful and unfriendly. No greetings given to guests. No directions were given (it seemed as they were upset one would ask them for directions to a place). They always were "very preocupied" with a computer terminal on their desk (specially the female staff). The cleaning of the room was questionable. Glasses, tea maker, spoons were left unclean. On one occassion, we left some dirty glasses on purpose on a round table provided as part of the room furniture and our return that night, we found them on the same place, dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable.. The only one good thing about this hotel was its location. Overall, for the high price paid for our staying, the service was poor.
