    We asked for a handicapped room for my mom and we were told we were given one. Her room was no different than mine -- nothing about it was handicapped. In addition we were on the first floor and the only two rooms out of 20 that were not being renovated. Renovation began at 8:00 a.m. with pounding, hammering, sawing, and overall noise. We reserved our rooms ahead of time so why they put us smack dab in the middle of the construction zone is beyond me. We won't ever stay here again.
